Automatic Subscription Account Servicing

Here you can manage your own Mall of the SIMS subscription.

Mall of the SIMS has just a few payment providers. If you already know or remember the payment provider you used you can just go ahead and select it below.

If you don not know or remember your payment provider BUT still have the info originally sent to you when you subscribed then locate the TRANSACTION ID you were provided.

You can use your TRANSACTION ID number with the instructions below to figure out which provider you used.

YOU CAN ALSO TRY EACH PROVIDER LISTED BELOW, you will only get a response if that was indeed the provider you used.



PayPal

If your transaction ID starts with a pp or an S followed by several letters and numbers (i.e. pp (or S)-999999999A999999B) then your payment was made via PayPal.
Everything with PayPal is done via the PayPal website.You can find all of your information and make any changes at the PayPal site by logging in, clicking "My Account", then click the "History" subtab, and then click on the "DETAILS" for the subscription and make your changes.

ePenzio / Plug'n Pay

If your transaction ID is a series of 19 numbers the first 4 being the the year of the payment (i.e. 2002050512345678901) then your payment was made via Plug'n Pay.

If your transaction ID is a series of 8 or 9 numbers (i.e. 109876543) then your payment was made via iBill
